Committed to innovation and excellence, Your Sushi School offers aspiring Sushi chefs a range of comprehensive sushi chef training programmes available throughout the UK and Europe and endorsed by the UK government. 

Your Sushi School’s BSI kitemark certificated Sushi chef training courses are held regularly in London and are designed to prepare individuals to meet high level industry standards and be able to perform with confidence.

Suited to individuals across a broad range of training backgrounds ranging from catering chefs, restaurant chefs, yacht chefs, private chefs, Sushi enthusiasts, etc, this course is designed, with its limited class size of 6, to cater to the specific needs of each student.

All of our professional Sushi chef trainings are lead by instructors with more than 25 years experience working in the Sushi industry. Your Sushi School’s professional instructors are extremely passionate, and act as mentors to those that undertake the programme, offering support and inspirational guidance to all those that they train.

Upon completion of the programme, you will receive a certificate for completion of the accredited BSI kitemark programme along with a professional Sushi cost calculator ideal for any independent UK Sushi business.

As a community of Sushi chefs, Your Sushi School is here to offer continual and lasting support to all students whom we train. Once you have undertaken a programme with us, as a new lifetime member of our community, you are entitled to seek the expertise of our chefs whenever you are in need of advice.

Chef training programmes can be conducted in a range of languages including English, French, Malay, Cantonese and Portuguese.

The British Standards Institution (BSI) Kitemark for services is an initiative put forth by the UK government in order to effectively standardise and certify quality training programmes and educational institutions within the hospitality industry.

As one of the most recognised symbols of quality throughout the world, the BSI Kitemark, a certification with the intention of identifying true value to consumers and prospective trainees, is an accreditation confirming that a particular service consistently conforms to high standards and thereby is something in which people are able to place their trust.
