Hi Manu/James, Firstly thank-you, myself and Fraser did not know what to expect before we came down to Sushi School pro training course, but to say our expectations were surpassed would be an understatement. Great content, in-depth coverage and training from a world class sushi chef. But mainly fun and a pleasure to spend a couple of day with the Sushi School team. Hopefully we can send more Lovsushi chef’s on the same course as we grow and expand.

Dear Wai, Manu and James Thanks for a wonderful experience for 2 days course with you. we learned and seen a lot and we really needed this course. (for example: make sushi, clean fish, wash the rice ….. We will open our own Sushi bar, want more experience. looking for a skilled sushi chef who can share their experiences with us. This we have with you. It was very good. The course was very good to learning, but had been good if it could have lasted several days. more training. We would like to come back to take another course with you. It would be nice if you could send us recipes for Sushi Salad.

Dear Wai & Manu We found the program informative, great practice and theory combined, excellent tuition and guidance. Could not have asked for a better sushi trainig experience! We took the course in order to help expand our restaurant menu. Currently we only serve Japanese hot teppanyaki grill food. The program was excellent due to the amount of time for practice and also the finer points that would have been missed on beginners courses In the future we would like to have Sushi School possibly train our staff, provide consultancy services to our restaurant. Of course depending on how well we get on with it ourselves!

Thank you so much for all your help on the excellent sushi chef training course I attended last week. Wow, I never thought I could absorb so much information. Chef Wai and Manu were fantastic and their differing styles complimented each other to impart a very broad range of indept knowledge and skill. The course was fun and serious in just the right amounts and there were no questions which were not answered. I left the course on a high, ready to take my new found knowledge to further my own sushi project with confidence. The ongoing support is a great bonus to know that Sushi School who are so passionate about sushi are there to help in the future with any questions or queries I may have.
